Proposed 2024 Upcoming Community Projects

  

This year the V3 Recreation Committee has proposed several new projects that will increase or improve the activities available. 4 of the proposed projects are considered "Material Alterations" that require approval of the ownership.

 

Each owner will receive a packet (hand Delivered or Mailed) of the necessary documents

Please review EACH of the 4 Projects and indicate your approval or disapproval and submit to the Venture 3 Office prior to 3 June 2024.
