V3 Event Planning Guides

 

Individuals or groups who are planning to conduct any V3 Food or Special event must coordinate with the V3 Recreation Chairperson. Below is an Event Planning Checklist, containing the necessary instructions for hosting the event. Also provided are the necessary forms needed for each type of event.

 

All proceeds generated by these events shall be presented by the Host to the Rec Committee on the Tuesday meeting following the event. The completed report forms, along with all expense receipts, shall also need to be submitted.

When stated in an event planning checklist, alcohol consumption is authorized in one of two ways: BYOB, or if the alcohol is donated for use at that event and is not part of the cost of the event entry fee. Under no circumstances may someone buy liquor for an event and then get reimbursed by the association.
